Refund policy
We love our customers at BBP, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges within seven business days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on personalized items, sale items or gift cards. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note the following conditions to be eligible for an exchange:
1. Items must be returned within seven business days from the date of delivery.
2.Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
3. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for including prepaid postage when returning the item to receive the exchanged item.
4. We only offer store credit for returned items that have been inspected and approved for return. Once approved, you will be refunded your original payment. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Contact us for questions regarding any concerns.

BBP does not offer returns or exchanges on greeting cards.

BBP quality paper cards come pre-folded and include white or colored envelopes. Size A2 Cards are blank inside for your sweetest messages and work well with regular ballpoint pens after a brief drying time. Cards come in pack sizes of 5 cards with envelopes. Printed on thick matte premium cardstock paper.

Cards are printed shortly after the order is received and cannot be changed or canceled. Please ask any questions before placing your order to ensure your order is accurate. So sorry, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can address the issue and correct it.
